ABCO Maintenance Inc. is a full-service commercial maintenance company serving New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut for over 60 years. We cater to the many needs of property owners and managers by providing a full spectrum of services. Instead of calling various contractors for everything a facility needs, you call ABCO.
From malls to freestanding stores, from exterior cleaning to handyman repairs, we provide reliable service, quality work and competitive prices that our customers can depend on.
We believe customers should think of us as part of their organization, not just an outside contractor. It is truly our belief that if you don’t look good, we don’t look good. Our staff is on call and accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Not a broker. We pride ourselves on self-performing. Our office and staff work around the clock providing support to our customers, which means accountability runs through one company rather than a chain of subcontractors.
The latest in communications, operations and management. A 24/7 portal-management team keeps customer systems up to date and compliant, so every visit to every site is documented and easy to track.
A self-performing, trained and experienced staff of project managers and specialists in every trade. Six decades of doing the work means very little is new to us.
